Embark on a 3-day, 2-night journey to explore Cat Tien National Park, immersing yourself in the harmonious embrace of nature, surrounded by the sights, sounds and scents of jungle life. Trek to Crocodile Lake to observe various crocodile species and leisurely wander or bike through the forest to marvel at ancient cedars set against the pristine landscape. Visit the Bear Sanctuary and Dao Tien Endangered Primate Species Centre, where rescued bears and rare primates are rehabilitated before their eventual release into the wild.

07:30 Departure by car to Cat Tien National Park. The route gradually ascends through a volcanic area. Upon arrival, we cross the Dong Nai River to reach the park center for lunch and check-in.

In the afternoon, we visit the Bear Sanctuary, where rescued bears from hunting in Vietnam are cared for until they are ready for release back into the wild. Afterward, we trek back to the center for leisure time and dinner.

We embark on a 3km ecological trek, passing sites of Lagerstroemia Ovalifolia (Bang Lang), Tetrameles nudiflora (Tung), Cycas rumphii (Thien Tue), Ancistrocladus tectorius (Trung quan), and Afzelia cyclocarpa (Go). Finally, we return to the Park center for dinner.

Overnight at the guesthouse in Nam Cat Tien Park.

After breakfast, explore the forest by bicycle to visit the Heaven waterfall and botanical garden. Enjoy lunch.

In the afternoon, embark on a 6km journey by car through the forest to reach Crocodile Lake. Wildlife sightings in this area may include Green Peafowl in the early morning or late afternoon, Bronze-winged Jacana, Lesser Adjutant, and Purple Heron. Keep an eye out in the forest for birds such as Red and Black and Banded Broadbill, Orange-breasted Trogon, and Pale-headed Woodpecker, among others.

Take a boat to visit Tien Island, Back to HCM

After breakfast, we will board a boat to visit Tien Island. We'll walk 800m to reach the center of the island where the E.A.S.T Centre (U.K) is located. Here, we'll observe many rare primate species found only in Vietnam and Cambodia, learning about their daily lives and engaging in insightful discussions with E.A.S.T members about primate rescues and care. Afterward, we'll hike 800m back to meet the boat and return to the park center for lunch.

Transfer back to HCM city. Drop off at your hotel.
