Booking Confirmation

After you accept our quote and confirm your intention to proceed via email, Vietpower Travel will send you a link to a Payment Invoice or provide our bank details for deposit payment.

Deposit Payment

To pay your deposit, click the link provided to complete the payment form, or alternatively, make a bank transfer using the provided bank details.

Payment Confirmation

If you use our secure online payment gateway (OnePay), you will automatically receive an email confirmation once your payment is processed. For bank transfers, please email us the bank slip, and we will confirm receipt and payment via email upon verification.

Booking Confirmation

Typically, Vietpower Travel will confirm your booking via email within 2 days of receiving your deposit. Any changes to your services will be communicated to you by email or phone. Adjustments to services and invoices will be made with your agreement.

Travel Document Preparation

To finalize your bookings, please provide us with necessary documents such as scans of your passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates), flight tickets, and any special requests for services. Once your booking is complete, we will send you the required travel documentation.

Final Trip Preparation

Generally, about 3 weeks before your departure, Vietpower Travel will reach out via email to confirm that you have all necessary travel documents and to address any last-minute questions. If paying by credit card online or via bank transfer, ensure your final payment is completed before departure.
