At 08:30 AM, your guide will greet you in the hotel lobby for a cycling tour around Hoi An, heading towards Tra Que vegetable village. This village is home to approximately 150 farmers and 400 owners who cultivate over 20 types of vegetables and herbs, such as mint, lettuce, basil, cilantro, and broccoli. Witness daily village life and learn about traditional farming techniques, including safeguarding crops from pests and participating in gardening tasks like sowing, watering, and transplanting.
Continue cycling through paddy fields, Ba Le market, and a local kindergarten, reaching Van Lang fisherman village and Bay Mau coconut water forest. Spanning 7 hectares and surrounded by mangrove forests and canals, this area once served as a refuge during the Vietnam War and is renowned for its seafood production today.
