8:00 – 8:15: Pick up from the hotel. Start your exciting day by visiting Minh Mang Mausoleum and Khai Dinh Mausoleum to get a better understanding of Hue's royal life and unique architecture. Continue your journey to discover the Imperial Citadel and the Forbidden City as the center of daily life of the king and the Nguyen dynasty. Then, enjoy lunch at the restaurant.
In the afternoon: Embark on a boat trip along the Huong River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda, one of the holiest temples in Hue. Then, explore Dong Ba Market, the largest and most important market in Hue and Central Vietnam.
17:00: End of tour. Return to your hotel.
In the morning, transfer by private car to the enchanting town of Hoi An listed by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage and was once a well-known trading centre in Southeast Asia from the 16th to 18th centuries. Check in the hotel and relax. Upon arrival, check in hotel and spend time to relax.
In the after noon, we will visit Hoi An town with ancient merchants' houses, a Phuc Kien temple, the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, and the colorful riverside markets, workshops where artisans make Hoi An's famous lanterns. Guests learn how the lanterns are made then have a chance to create their own lanterns, from designing the frame to gluing the cloth.
Then we take the cruise on Thu Bon river to visit the Thach Ha ceramic Pottery village, where we can see old men who produce jars, bowls, vases…
Back to your hotel.
8:00: Pick up at your hotel.
Drive to My Son Sanctuary, a collection of Champa ruins nestled amongst the mountains in a geological basin of the Quang Nam province (45km west of Hoi An town). Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1999, My Son is the cultural highlight of central Vietnam and well worth the hour's drive from town. Follow tour guide exploring the groups of temples, you will learn more about history of the Champa Kingdom.
On the way back, stop to visit to the Sa Huynh Champa Culture Museum in Tra Kieu.
Around noon, return to your hotel. End of tour. You will be taken back to your hotel.
Spend your last free day in Hoi An until transferring to airport in Da Nang for your onward flight.
