8:30 - 10:00: Begin cycling from Phong Nha along the Son River to Bong Lai Valley.
10:00 - 11:30: Explore Bong Lai Valley by bike.
11:30 - 12:30: Enjoy lunch at a local homestay or house.
12:30 - 13:30: Cycle along the Ho Chi Minh Highway back to Phong Nha.
13:30 - 15:00: Ride through Phong Nha, take a local boat across the river to Tram Village, and continue over a suspension bridge to Me Village.
