8:00 - 8:30: Pick up from your hotel in Phong Nha.

8:30 - 10:00: Begin cycling from Phong Nha along the Son River to Bong Lai Valley.

10:00 - 11:30: Explore Bong Lai Valley by bicycle.

11:30 - 12:30: Enjoy lunch at a local homestay or house.

12:30 - 13:30: Cycle back along the Ho Chi Minh Highway to Phong Nha.

13:30 - 15:00: Cycle through Phong Nha, cross the river by local boat to Tram Village, then continue over the suspension bridge to Me Village.

15:00 - 16:00: Ride down the Ho Chi Minh Highway to Chay Lap Village.
