Get ready for a delicious journey!

8:15 AM: We'll greet you with a refreshing drink at Hai Café (98 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street) in the heart of Hoi An Ancient Town.
Market Immersion: Dive into the vibrant Hoi An market. Feast your senses on sights, sounds, and aromas as you interact with local vendors and discover the ingredients you'll use later.
Relaxing River Cruise: Take a scenic 25-minute cruise along the Hoi An River on the Red Bridge boat. Capture the beauty of local river life with your camera.
Cooking Class at Red Bridge: Upon arrival, explore the school's fragrant herb garden. Get ready to learn about iconic Vietnamese and Hoi An dishes! The Red Bridge chefs will demonstrate each dish (approx. 2 hours) before you get hands-on creating your own culinary masterpieces. Learn the art of Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration) to add a special touch.
Feast on Your Creations: After the class, enjoy a well-deserved lunch featuring your cooked dishes and a steamed ocean fish with fresh vegetables (not included in the demonstration). Vegetarian options are available upon request.
Relaxation by the Pool (Optional): Cool off with a refreshing dip in our 20-meter pool after the tour (towels and showers included). Please note, you'll need to make your own way back to your hotel after this optional pool time.
Private Class Option: Groups of 5 or more can enjoy a private cooking class experience!
