At 17:55, following your hotel pick-up, we will guide you on boarding the motorbike and provide essential safety tips for your journey. Experience the bustling energy of Saigon during peak hours as we head to our first stop in District 3 to sample Banh Uot and learn how to prepare them with expert guidance.

Next, we'll journey to District 10 for a local barbecue experience, where our guides will grill the food right at your table.

Moving on to our third stop, indulge in Banh Canh Ghe, a flavorful Ocean Crab Soup with Tapioca Noodles served with Pork Rinds, Fried Fish Cake, and Green Chili Sauce.

At the following stop, engage in making Banh Xeo (Central rice pancakes) yourself, with a fun food challenge for the adventurous eater.
