Dalat – the gem of the Central Highlands, is known for its park-like environment, with pleasant temperatures ranging from 15°-24°C and year-round sunlight, which contribute to the creation of numerous waterfalls, pinewood hills, lakes, and evergreen forests and gardens.

Depart from Nha Trang around 8:00 AM. Take the new road to Dalat, also called the city of Eternal Spring, and drive over the scenic Khanh Le Pass, with a short stop for photos. Upon arrival, your first visit will be to Datanla Waterfalls, located about 5 km from Dalat city center, followed by Tuyen Lam Reservoir and the impressive Truc Lam Temple.

Have lunch, then take the horse cart round the hilly roads of Dalat to the graceful Xuan Huong Lake in the center of the city is highly recommended.

Dinner at a local restaurant. Evening, if you like to hike around by yourselves, remember that coffee and cake in Dalat are some of the best in Vietnam and easily to be found in any finer cafes.

After breakfast, you will continue with a half-day tour around Dalat city. Visit the Summer Palace of Bao Dai, the last King of Vietnam, Dalat Flower Garden, and the Crazy House. You will have some free time to explore Dalat on your own before transferring to Nha Trang. Lunch will be taken along the way.

The route from Dalat to Nha Trang is very scenic and photogenic, passing through pinewoods, waterfalls, and tea and coffee farms. If time permits, we will take the road to Ngoan Muc Pass (also known as 'the Picturesque Pass' and known to the French as the Bellevue Pass), which offers a stunning view of the Danhim Reservoir and the ancient PoKlong Garai tower built by the Cham people in Phan Rang - Thap Cham, 190 km from Dalat.
