Overnight in Bangkok.
After breakfast at the hotel, your guide and driver will pick you up and take you to visit two of the most special temples in the city. First is Wat Traimit, home to a solid gold Buddha statue weighing several tons. Next, you will visit Wat Po, famous for its Reclining Buddha and a place where blind people are trained in massage. Then, you will visit the Grand Palace, one of the most beautiful examples of an ancient Thai palace, consisting of many halls within the same premises. Here, you will also admire the sacred Temple of the Emerald Buddha.
Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, you will continue your journey to explore the Chao Phraya River by long-tail boat, spending a few hours cruising through the ancient canals of Thonburi, where the old way of life is still preserved. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to stop for snacks, souvenir shopping or to use the restroom. Next, you’ll visit Wat Arun, famous for its distinctive shape. According to local legend, the ceramic pieces that decorate the temple’s 79-meter-high tower were salvaged from a shipwreck nearby 100 years ago.
Afterwards, you’ll return to your hotel.
After relaxing, you’ll head for an evening street food tour. From Hua Lamphong MRT station – the meeting point – it’s a short walk to your first food stop: fishball noodles in pink soup. The eatery is located near Wat Traimit (Temple of the Golden Buddha), which you’ll visit. Then you’ll head to the main street of Chinatown, stopping by a Chinese temple before tucking into dim sum. Your third stop is the Michelin-starred fried dough sticks. Next up is seafood and your choice of pork intestine soup or crispy pork in pepper soup. Finish off your evening with ice cream and sesame cakes in sweet ginger sauce. Finally, the guide will take you back to Hua Lamphong MRT station or call a taxi or TukTuk to take you back to your hotel.
Overnight in Bangkok.
After breakfast, your tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel and depart for Ayutthaya by air-conditioned car. Ayutthaya was once the capital of Thailand, where you will start your journey with Bang Pa-In Summer Palace, one of the most beautiful summer palaces in the country.
Next, you will visit Wat Yai Chaimongkhol, where you can admire the large Reclining Buddha and explore the ruins of the Grand Palace and ancient temples. Then, you will visit Wat Phra Si Sanphet and Viharn Phra Mongkol Bopit, which houses the largest bronze Buddha statue in Thailand. The final destination is Wat Maha That, the spiritual symbol of Ayutthaya people.
At noon, you will move to the pier to start your journey on the Chao Phraya River back to Bangkok. Along the river, you will admire and feel the rural life of Thai people. Lunch will be served on board with a varied buffet, combining Thai and international delicacies. You will arrive in Bangkok around 3:30 pm and return to the hotel to rest.

From here, you’ll continue your journey by trishaw, stopping at the Three Kings Monument before heading to Wat Phra Singh, one of the city’s most revered temples, featuring classic Lanna architecture. It is famous for its stunning Phra Singh (Lion Buddha) statue, housed in a small, elaborate shrine that dates back to the 1360s in Chiang Mai.
You’ll then walk to Wat Chedi Luang, once the tallest building in ancient Chiang Mai, but damaged by earthquakes and artillery fire. Although the main stupa is gone, the temple has been restored with new Buddha, naga, and elephant figures. Wat Chedi Luang, once home to the Emerald Buddha, is now in Bangkok, but a jade replica was donated in 1995 to commemorate Chiang Mai’s 700th anniversary.
The tour continues with a winding journey up to Wat Prathat Doi Suthep, the icon of Chiang Mai, which houses the sacred relics of the Buddha. Two majestic Naga statues guard the entrance to the temple. From here, you will enjoy panoramic views of the city and surrounding countryside.

Experienced instructors will guide you step by step, then you will cook famous Northern Thai dishes such as sai oua – spicy grilled sausages served with sticky rice or as a hearty meal, filled with minced pork and spices such as chili, garlic, galangal, coriander, kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass.
